可快速回用的防冻压裂液体系研究及应用

摘要: 针对苏里格气田压裂液返排液处理速度低且成本高,特别是在冬季施工中因温度低引起的液体性能不稳定和回收利用困难,造成整体回收利用率低的问题,通过对聚合物压裂液体系添加高价阳离子屏蔽剂,提高体系耐盐性能,使现场返排液仅需要简单快速的过滤处理即可满足水质要求;同时对易受低温影响的液体添加剂加入防冻剂,将冰点降至 -10℃以下,抑制低温下因絮凝、结晶析出导致的有效含量降低,满足冬季施工要求;形成的可快速回用压裂液体系耐盐达到 45 000mg/L以上,岩心损害率为 12.22%,耐温耐剪切性能和破胶性能良好,并建立了返排液快速处理回用的施工流程。在苏里格气田成功开展了8口井现场应用,返排液整体回用率达到 73.0%,平均无阻流量达到18.4×1043/d,取得了显著的重复利用和增产改造效果。

Abstract: In view of the low treatment speed and high cost of fracturing fluid flowback fluid in Sulige gas field, especially the instability of fluid performance and the difficulty of recovery and utilization caused by low temperature in winter, the overall recovery and utilization rate is low. In this paper, the polymer fracturing fluid system is added with high valence cation shielding agent to improve the salt resistance of the system, so that the on-site flowback fluid only needs to be simple and rapidly filtration treated to meet the water quality requirements. At the same time, the liquid additives susceptible to low temperature are added with antifreeze agent to reduce the freezing point below - 10 ℃ for inhibiting the effective content reduction caused by flocculation and crystallization at low temperature, so as to meet the requirements of construction in winter. The salt resistance of the formed fracturing fluid system which can be quickly reused is more than 45 000 mg /L, the core damage rate is 12. 22% , the temperature resistance, shear resistance and gel breaking performance are all good, and the construction process of rapid treatment and reuse of flowback fluid is established. Eight wells have been successfully applied in Sulige gas field. The overall recovery rate of flowback fluid is 73% , and the average open flow rate is 18.4 × 104 m3 /d, which has achieved remarkable effects of reuse and stimulation.
